The Club and Copper & Stone Cava Dining Chef Named Among Costa Rica’s Top 25

Armando Hernández, chef at The Club and the culinary lead behind Private Events and Cava Dinners at Copper & Stone, has been selected by his peers as one of the Top 25 Chefs in Costa Rica.

This recognition will be featured in an upcoming culinary book written by Peter Marshall, a renowned food critic, publisher, and founder of Chef Magazine, a long standing publication dedicated to culinary professionals around the world. The book has been in development for the past year and is expected to be published soon.

 

 

Once released, the book will be available for purchase at The Club, Copper & Stone, and all Café Britt retail stores throughout the country, offering readers the opportunity to explore the recipes included in this special edition.

 

 

We are very proud of Armando’s achievement and celebrate this milestone alongside Copper and Stone and The Club.
