Thanksgiving: A Day of Gratitude in Town

Today Thanksgiving is celebrated in the United States, and even though Las Catalinas is in Costa Rica, Town joins the occasion, as there is much to be grateful for.

Las Catalinas started in 2006, and along this journey we are grateful not only for what it has become, but also for what it offers to everyone who sets foot in Town. The beauty of every street and corner, the way light and shadow move across the walls and pathways, the closeness to nature on the trails, the wildlife, Playa Danta and Playa Dantita, the sunsets, the sense of calm, and above all, its community.

A Town is not a Town without its people, and we are thankful you have chosen to be part of this one. We extend a heartfelt thank you to every resident, neighbour, friend and visitor. Your presence is felt, whether you spend the whole year here, join us for a season, or just for a day. Thank you for being part of Las Catalinas and for making this place feel like home.

We are also deeply grateful for every worker and staff member across the different Las Catalinas teams, whose efforts do not go unnoticed and who have helped shape what Las Catalinas is today.

And finally, a special thank you goes to all readers of The Daily. Thank you for taking a moment each day to stay connected with what happens in Town.

Happy Thanksgiving! Wishing you a blissful day surrounded by the people you love and delicious food.
