### Eco-Friendly Efforts of Finca La Estancia in Las Catalinas

[Finca La Estancia,](https://theblog.lascatalinascr.com/exploring-finca-la-estancia) Las Catalinas’ farm, plays a pivotal role in supporting town's various [environmental initiatives](https://www.lascatalinascr.com/about-las-catalinas/environmental-program). One of its notable contributions is the implementation of a sophisticated composting program that actively engages [restaurants](https://www.lascatalinascr.com/shopping-and-dining), hotels, and the residents of [Las Catalinas](http://www.lascatalinascr.com/). To gain a comprehensive understanding of how this composting system operates, we invite you to watch this informative video.

By actively participating in the composting program, residents contribute to town's regenerative waste cycle and receive some [perks from the farm](https://thedaily.lascatalinascr.com/the-daily-wednesday-september-13-2023), making involvement even more rewarding. Join the composting program to support the journey towards a greener Las Catalinas.
