Structural Progress Shapes Montaña’s Buildings

Work at Montaña has been unfolding across several fronts, with visible progress taking place in Buildings 13, 14, 11, 10, 12, and 9 over the past two weeks.

As new wall sections come into place, the next phase begins to open up. Teams are now preparing for the installation of intermediate floor beams, setting the stage for the upcoming second floor slabs. It is one of those moments where the structure starts to read more clearly, and the scale of what is being built becomes easier to grasp.

At the same time, progress on the retaining walls has been shaping the terrain itself. These elements are not always the most visible, but they play a fundamental role in supporting the terraces where future buildings will rise.

Alongside the construction on site, technical work continues. The engineering of the funicular system is advancing, with a focus on aligning timelines and ensuring that each part of the project moves forward in coordination.

Step by step, Montaña is becoming more defined, as each layer adds to what will soon take form on the hillside.
