Construction in Montaña continues to move forward steadily, and we are excited by the progress taking shape across the site. At this stage, significant advances in the general earthworks are allowing the project to transition into its next phase of development.
Last week, foundation work began for the retaining walls of Buildings 7 and 8. Once these foundations are completed, construction will move into the walls for each individual building, while teams continue advancing the project’s general infrastructure throughout the site. All phases of development are being carefully verified through ongoing engineering inspections, ensuring that each step aligns smoothly with future construction stages.
Due to construction logic, the buildings located at the highest elevations will be completed first, as it is easier to continue work afterward in the lower areas. However, progress is taking place across the entire project simultaneously.
