We're excited to announce that Santarena Hotel's talented bartenders Eliecer, Luis, and Yorlin have entered the prestigious Flor de Caña Sustainable Cocktail competition. Competing with the best bartenders in the country, this team is dedicated to crafting cocktails that are as sustainable as they are delicious.
Using eco-friendly ingredients like beeswax, lemongrass, and basil from our very own farm, La Estancia, as well as local products such as plantain and grapefruit, the Santarena bartenders have created unique concoctions that highlight the flavors of our region. The Flor de Caña team will visit Santarena Hotel to taste these innovative cocktails and determine if they advance to the next round.
