Work in Montaña continues to move forward, and little by little, the project is becoming easier to read across the hillside. What began as prepared terraces and carefully planned foundations is now starting to show the shape of a residential project placed strategically along the mountain, where each building responds to the land, the views, and the natural slope around it.
Across the site, the team continues advancing according to the established schedule for each building. Some structures are already preparing for their second levels, while others are just beginning to take shape from the terraces that have been carefully prepared along the mountain.
In Building 12, progress is especially exciting. The first level walls have already been completed, and the team has now started working on the structural elements needed to begin the second level, marking a clear shift into the next stage of vertical progress.
Meanwhile, some of the buildings already further along include Buildings 8 and 5. In Building 8, the intermediate floor structure has been completed, along with the electrical and stormwater systems needed at this stage. In Building 5, reinforcement work is underway for the first level intermediate floor beams, preparing the building for the installation of the joists for the second level.
Another exciting step is the completion of the terrace platform for Building 15, which means the site is now ready for construction to begin. Building 16 has also moved from terrace compaction into the installation of its electromechanical systems. From here, work continues with slab reinforcement ahead of the concrete pour.
For now, the progress in Montaña is measured in walls, beams, terraces, systems, and slabs. But together, these details tell a bigger story of coordination, care, and steady work. Each milestone brings the project forward, reminding us that building along the mountain is not only about rising higher, but about moving carefully with the land itself, bringing the vision behind Montaña closer to life each day.
