Florem, one of the condominiums administrators in Town, announced that preventive maintenance will be carried out on the soccer field throughout November, starting this week.
The scheduled work includes verticutting, field scraping, grass cutting, aeration, and sand top-dressing. These actions will take place during the coming month to get ready for high season, which begins in December, when outdoor activities are at their peak.
Due to the scope of the work, the field will remain closed until the end of November to allow maintenance to be completed properly and the grass to recover.
The soccer field will take a break, but that doesn’t mean you have to. In the meantime, you can keep enjoying the trails, and the tennis and pickleball courts. Very soon, the field will be ready to welcome everyone back.
