Meet Felipe and Lucia: Las Catalinas’ Newest Additions at Farm La Estancia

We are thrilled to introduce Felipe and Lucia, the newest members of Farm La Estancia in Las Catalinas! These friendly, tamed goats were rescued from Matapalo, where they faced uncertain futures. Now, they are thriving in their new home, bringing joy and excitement to our community. 

Felipe and Lucia are as adorable as they are useful. They help clear areas of the farm by eating everything in sight, making them indispensable to our sustainable efforts. Since they are a male and female pair, we hope they will reproduce and expand their family, further enhancing the farm's vibrancy. 

Our long-term goal is also to produce our own cheese from their milk, adding a delicious new product to our offerings. Families and children especially adore Felipe and Lucia. Their playful and gentle nature makes them a hit with visitors of all ages. They were even named by students from Elif Academy, who visit the farm every Thursday.
