Lantana continues to move forward, and with each new update, the project is starting to feel more complete, more visible, and more connected to the life of Town.
Buildings C and D are now in the interior enclosure and finishes stage. This means that much of the work taking place is focused on drywall installation, along with windows, roofing, and the first layers of interior finishes. Tile installation is also underway in bathrooms and kitchens, bringing these residences closer to the point where the spaces begin to feel more defined.
Building E follows closely behind, currently in the electromechanical installation stage. Rough in plumbing, electrical systems, and A/C systems are advancing, along with interior drywall enclosures, marking an important step in the transition from structure to livable space.
Building D is also taking on a new face from the outside, as the first coat of exterior paint has now been applied. This gives us an early look at how it will appear alongside the other painted buildings, and how the full composition of Lantana is beginning to come together.
The remaining buildings, including F, G, H, and I, are in structural and electromechanical phases. Here, teams are continuing work on structural elements such as walls, roofs, and floor slabs, while mechanical installations advance in parallel. These stages often happen simultaneously, allowing the project to keep moving steadily across different areas.
In Building F, one of the pools is close to being poured with concrete, while in Building H, the arches on one of the terraces are already in place. These arches begin to define the transition between the indoor space and the terrace, while also giving a first glimpse of the architectural character this residence will have once complete.
Beyond the buildings themselves, one of the most exciting recent updates has been the planting of the large planters along the main pedestrian staircase. This is one of those details that starts to bring the full vision of Lantana to life. Not only as a collection of residences with beautiful views and thoughtful finishes, but as a place where the walk up and down becomes part of the experience. A climb surrounded by greenery, color, shade, and a sense of arrival that feels lush, vibrant, and inviting.
Little by little, Lantana is moving closer to completion across each of its buildings. With every new layer, the vision becomes more tangible. It is exciting to see this project becoming part of the landscape of Town, expanding the places where people will be able to take in the views, move through beautiful pedestrian spaces, gather with others, and create new memories in Las Catalinas.
