Exciting news for El Prado, as a new home construction has just begun this week.
Ruta del Llano is starting to come to life, with two completed houses and two more currently under construction. This makes it the most active street in El Prado at the moment.
The new home on Lot 31 will be located right between the existing houses on Lots 30 and 32, completing this section of the street.
Its construction is expected to take around ten months. The house was designed by architect Luis Rivera and will be built by ALFA.
