New Faces and Flavors in Town

 

Cuatro Calle La Ronda has a new pastry chef: Elias. Elias’ eyes light up as he mentions his love for the world of fermentation and baking. He has been testing out different recipes since he arrived in town but one that stands out is the sourdough bread. 

 

He explains that a Las Catalinas resident had been asking for sourdough, as it is his favorite bread, so he decided to get to work. It has not taken long for the reviews to start rolling in. The crisp crust and soft center are balanced with the right amount of acidity.
