Yesterday marked an important milestone in Town as Montaña Flats officially began construction. The countdown has come to an end and the construction journey is now underway.
The moment was symbolically set in motion as the excavator started the first movements of earth. This step reflects months of tireless work behind the design, permits, construction planning and all the logistics that make a project of this scale possible.
The group present for the groundbreaking from the Design and Construction Management team from Las Catalinas included the Director of the Development and Construction Department, Diego Aranda, the Head of Design and Preconstruction, Daniel Marín, the Design Manager leading this project, Montserrat Arce, and the Environmental Director, Michael García, together with the Manager of Infrastructure Andrés González. Also joining, there were the two Project Managers from the DCM Team, Marvin Carmona and Emmanuel Murillo, who will oversee every phase of the construction work ahead on behalf of owners and a representative from the construction company in charge.
You can watch some of this special moments in this video.
This new project is ideal for those seeking an active lifestyle, with trails just steps away, magnificent ocean views and close proximity to Playa Danta, Playa Dantita and Beach Town with its restaurants and shops. For anyone interested, preconstruction pricing is still available for a few more weeks, offering an extended opportunity to get involved in this project at a special pricing before the end of the year. You can find more information here.
We are excited to announce the start of this journey and deeply grateful to everyone involved in bringing Montaña Flats to this point. Stay tuned as we continue to share each milestone along the way.
