Earlier this month, we shared the official start of works at Montaña Flats. Today, we would like to share a brief update on the progress made throughout December.
This month marked the transition from the Design and Pre Construction phase into active Construction. With the arrival of summer in Las Catalinas, clear skies and sunny days set the tone for the beginning of this important stage.
During December, work began on the Earthworks phase, while progress was also made on shaping the first terraces where the buildings will gradually take form.
As the year comes to a close, Montaña continues to move forward with steady progress. We look forward to sharing more updates as construction advances and this new chapter in Town continues to take shape.
