From above, Montaña is beginning to look noticeably different. What was once easier to read as a single construction site is now becoming a collection of individual buildings, each moving through a different stage of its development.
This and the past months’ progress can be seen across several parts of the project. In Building 1, the intermediate beams for the second floor continue to be installed, while Building 8 has completed its second-floor walls and final reinforced concrete columns.

At Building 10, reinforcing steel is being installed in preparation for the ground-floor slab pour. Building 16 has completed its remaining first-level walls and reinforced concrete columns, setting the stage for work to move upward to the second floor.

Other buildings are already beginning to move into a different type of work. At Building 15, the first-level electromechanical systems are being installed, introducing electrical, mechanical and plumbing components into the structure.

With buildings progressing at different speeds and through different phases, Montaña is becoming increasingly recognizable from above, giving a clearer sense of how the completed neighborhood will eventually come together.
