Today, we want to share a glimpse of the progress made at Montaña during the first days of September. Across the hillside, the project is becoming increasingly recognizable, looking more and more like the neighborhood envisioned for this part of Town as it reaches new stages of construction each month.
Over the past weeks, the project has continued shifting from early structural work into more defined architectural spaces, allowing the future character of Montaña to become easier to imagine on site. The team has remained focused on craftsmanship, structural integrity, and site safety as each stage moves ahead.
Across the project, several buildings are reaching new stages of construction. In Building 1, vertical construction has advanced after the completion of the intermediate slab, and the team has begun raising the second-level walls as the structure works toward the third floor. Building 8 has also reached a new phase, with its second-floor wall blockwork completed and work now focused on the next structural elements.
Other areas of the project are advancing as well. Building 10 has begun raising walls following its slab pour, Building 15 is preparing for the concrete pour of its ground floor slab, and Building 16 has completed its first-level walls, beams, and columns, marking another meaningful milestone on site.
Step by step, Montaña is beginning to reveal the spaces, views, and sense of place that will define this new hillside neighborhood. It is an exciting moment for the project, and we are happy to continue sharing these milestones as construction progresses.
