Montaña Update: Shaping the Landscape Step by Step

Following our previous update on the progress of Montaña, we are pleased to share that works have continued to move forward steadily. In recent weeks, significant advances have been made in the earthworks for cores 7 and 8, while initial infrastructure tasks have also begun in parallel.

Alfa, the construction company in charge of Montaña Flats, took a brief break starting on December 19. Activities resumed on January 5, allowing Town to enjoy an especially calm atmosphere during the Christmas season and New Year celebrations, much appreciated by both residents and visitors. Since then, progress has been noticeable. Costa Rica is currently in the dry season, which brings ideal conditions for advancing earthworks and the formation of terraces. Given the nature of the site, these works are essential for the construction of the structural foundations and walls at Montaña.

Over the coming months, we will continue to see active machinery and ongoing earth movement on site, just as planned from the very beginning. Each step marks an important phase in shaping Montaña and reflects the careful planning behind the project. We look forward to continuing to share this journey and its progress with you in the months ahead.
