This remarkable home, full of love and joy, couldn't be more representative of the aspirations we have for El Prado community. Los Altos Flats Begins Construction
We're excited to share some additional updates on Los Altos Flats. Construction of the first pair of flat buildings on Avenida de los Altos commenced last week. Designed by Castillo Arquitectos, each of the two villas will accommodate six flats. The architectural design carefully integrates with the natural landscape through terracing, while a series of outdoor spaces add to the villa ambiance, offering breathtaking views for residents. Alfa Co. is slated to complete construction by mid-next year.
