Los Altos are getting closer to being delivered.
There are teams working in different areas of the project, including interiors, parking levels, the exterior staircase, and common areas.
In both Buildings 116 and 117, work on Level 3 is focused on interior finishes such as installing tiles, cabinetry, closets, kitchens, and more. On the exterior terraces, the construction team is completing paint touch ups and final details, while progress continues on addressing the punch lists for the apartment units located on Levels 1 and 2 of both buildings.
In the exterior areas, soil and stones have been placed in preparation for planting and the start of landscaping work, which is set to begin this week.
More specific tasks, like installing the doors for the mechanical and storage rooms as well as the vehicle and pedestrian gates, are also being carried out.
