Construction at Lantana continues to move forward steadily, and this month brings meaningful progress across multiple buildings. Each structure is advancing at its own pace, and together they are shaping what will soon become a vibrant new chapter in Town.

Building B has officially been completed, which is truly exciting. With beautiful finishes and open views toward the ocean, this building already reflects the quality and attention to detail that define Lantana.

At Building C, the wood ceiling installation has been completed, adding warmth and character to the interiors. The team has now begun installing floor tiles, marking an important step toward final interior finishes. On the other hand, progress continues at Building D, where infrastructure work for the unit entrances is underway. Electrical installations and ceiling work are also moving forward, steadily preparing the spaces for their next phases.

Over at Building E, the wooden roof structure has been completed. The next step will be preparing for roof tile installation, while electromagnetic systems continue to be developed throughout the building.

At Building F, the site has been prepared for the concrete pour of the second level slab. In addition, walls for the elevator shaft will be poured soon, representing a significant structural milestone.

Work at Building G is focused on internal walls, along with ironwork for the second level columns and walls, reinforcing the framework as vertical progress continues.

Meanwhile, Building H is advancing with beam construction, stair development, and waterproofing work to ensure long term durability.

Finally, at Building I, ironworks for arches, columns, and walls are ongoing. The team is also preparing to continue with the second floor slab pour in the coming days.

Step by step, floor by floor, Lantana is taking shape. We look forward to sharing more progress with you soon as these residences continue moving from structure to home.
