Lantana's construction began in 2024 and is one of our most carefully curated projects. It features a total of 28 units, with 16 sold, 1 reserved, and only 11 remaining, making this development move quickly not only on site, but off the market as well.
This project represents our largest-budget development to date, offering homes and flats that combine the stunning views of Las Catalinas and Town with high-end finishes and thoughtful design.
Each building is progressing according to its delivery date, from structural work to finishing touches, shaping Lantana into a unique community within Las Catalinas.
Below, we break down the progress building by building, highlighting the milestones and work currently underway.
Here’s a closer look at each building:
Building A is in the finishing stages, with stair treads, baseboards, kitchen finishes, and MDF closets coming together beautifully.
Building B is focusing on flooring, with bedrooms nearly completed, bringing the interiors closer to life.
Building C highlights the elegant wooden beams, especially on the third-level terrace, while wall painting is about to begin, adding the first strokes of color.
In Building D, the columns are taking shape and walls are being plastered, defining the structure and character of the spaces.
Building E is moving forward with soil compaction at the rear and sides, and soon wall construction will begin, helping to visualize how the amenities will connect to the pool.
Finally, Building F has poured a concrete slab for Unit 10 and completed its retaining walls. This building will also host the Funicular, one of Lantana’s most special features. The supporting structure for this unique element is now under construction, hinting at the extraordinary experience to come.
