Lantana is one of Town’s most recent and exciting projects. Following the natural contours of the land, the residences cascade down the hillside, offering sweeping ocean views.
We're proud to share the latest progress on what continues to be one of our most distinctive developments.
Lantana is not just about the views, though they are undeniably stunning. It is about the experience of living there. With the highest-quality finishes throughout, life in Lantana is not only luxurious, but thoughtfully designed to elevate everyday living.
Since our last update, significant progress has been made:
- Building A has moved from structural work and waterproofing into the finishing phase. Interior painting and floor installation are the next steps.

Building C, located on the second terrace, has now reached its full height. Roofing and the final plaster coat are set to begin soon.
- Building D’s third-floor slab is also ready on site.
- For the common areas, the concrete slab for the plaza and pool are now in place. Work is also actively progressing on the planters for the gardens located between Buildings A and B, C and D, and C and G. These green spaces will bring texture, shade, and life to the shared areas, creating natural transitions between homes and enhancing the sense of connection throughout Lantana.
On another note, one of the most distinctive features of Lantana is the hill hiker, a quiet electric cart that will offer an easy and scenic way to move through the project. The area where the final stop will be located has already been excavated, and construction of the retaining walls and slab is about to begin. This marks an exciting milestone, as Lantana will be the first project in Town to include this feature.
