Work continues across Lantana, and with each new step, the project begins to feel a little more personal, a little more colorful, and a little closer to becoming home.
Beyond the larger structural progress, some of the most meaningful details are already taking shape inside the residences. In one of the units in Building C, custom furniture pieces are moving forward, including a very special light fixture requested by the owner. Made with colorful ceramic vases crafted by artisans from Santa Cruz, the piece brings a connection to local culture into the home, adding character, story, and a sense of place to the residence.
One of the most exciting updates this week comes from Building D, where the exterior painting is now complete. While interior work continues with tile and flooring installation, painting, and electrical details still in progress, it is lovely to see its soft pink tone finally placed along the hillside of Lantana. Following closely behind, Building E has also received its first coat of exterior paint, beginning its own transition from structure to finished building.

Buildings F, G, and I are also steadily advancing, with progress visible in their walls and structural elements. In some areas, slabs have been completed and are now ready for the next steps, including the construction of interior walls or the assembly of beams and columns. These may be quieter milestones, but they are important ones, giving each building more definition and preparing them for the work that will follow.

Building H, meanwhile, was captured this week with one of those warm sunset views that already hint at the experience future owners will enjoy from their homes. With interior walls and ceilings installed, and exterior enclosures now in progress, Building H is getting closer to completing its gray work and revealing its final form.

For now, Lantana’s progress can be seen in color, structure, craftsmanship, and the small personal details that make each residence feel distinct. Step by step, each building is moving forward, not only as part of a construction schedule, but as part of a hillside community slowly coming to life.
