Work continues steadily across Lantana, with visible progress taking shape across multiple buildings and levels. Over the past days, teams have been advancing simultaneously through structural, electromechanical, and finishing phases, reflecting a coordinated effort across the site.
In Buildings I, G, and H, work is currently focused on key structural milestones such as slab reinforcement, column construction, and beam installation. Meanwhile, progress in Buildings E, F, and D is centered around electromechanical systems and wall finishes. In these buildings, interior spaces are beginning to take form as ceilings, finishes, and structural details advance across different levels.
In Buildings C and F, work has transitioned into architectural finishes. Terrace flooring installation has begun, and wooden ceiling elements are being installed in both interior and terrace areas, adding warmth, texture, and a clearer sense of how these spaces will soon feel once completed.
Work is also moving forward in common areas, including the funicular and the amenity zone dedicated to the pool. At the funicular, teams continue with the installation of structural beams, while in Building E, finishes are being applied across the shared common area façade.
Finally, and most excitingly, Building B stands out as one of the most advanced areas of the project. The main access door and terrace doors have been installed, and interior walls on both the first and second levels are now complete. In the second floor apartment, a key milestone has been reached, with all bathrooms fully finished, including fixtures and niches, and the unit is now ready to be lived in.
Altogether, these stages reflect a meaningful moment across Lantana, where the project moves from structure to systems, and from systems to livable spaces. With Building A already finished and delivered, all other buildings continue moving in the same direction, steadily bringing to life the dream of many families and couples who will soon call this remarkable project home.
