La Rambla Common Areas Progress Update: Town Looks More Complete Every Day

The buildings at La Rambla are getting closer and closer to their finish lines, and this week the progress has become especially noticeable, with the common areas facing Mainstreet now looking much more complete.

Buildings 70 and 71, part of the Well-Living Residences, have already started welcoming their new tenants. With Main Street now completed and the final saran removed from the remaining buildings, the difference in how Town looks upon arrival is remarkable. What once appeared as a work in progress now greets us with the calm and beauty of a place coming together.

The concrete staircase finishes between buildings 53 and 70 are being refined. Planters are now in place in this area, adorning the path for those who will soon walk through it. The transition stairs that connect the public street with the sidewalks are now in place across all buildings, further contributing to that sense of completeness and harmony throughout La Rambla.

With only landscaping pending throughout the area, nearly all gray work, planters, stairs, and hardscape are complete. The only remaining work for the common areas is at Building 53, especially at the back, which is set to begin soon.

It’s exciting to see how the works that began on Main Street last year, together with the now-finished street, parking, and planters on each side, along with the nearly completed La Rambla buildings, are making Town feel more complete and alive. We’re thrilled to be getting ready to welcome all the new tenants, neighbors, and businesses that will bring new life and energy to Las Catalinas.
