A few weeks ago, we shared that the planters along the staircase between Buildings 47 and 53 were being filled with a wide variety of plants, bringing new greenery to the pedestrian connection between Main Street and Plaza Rambla, just a few meters above.
At the time, a few areas were still waiting for their turn, including the planters in front of Building 53 and its interior garden. Over the past several weeks, however, planting has continued, and the transformation is now especially noticeable.
The interior garden of Building 53 now features a stone pathway that allows pedestrians to walk through the space, surrounded by tall palms that bring height, character, and a generous layer of green. Their foliage creates a beautiful contrast with the building’s pink walls, making the garden feel more established and inviting.
It is exciting to see Plaza Rambla, its surrounding buildings, and the planters that help connect them to the pedestrian environment gradually becoming greener and fuller of life. As the vegetation continues to grow, it will bring additional shade, freshness, and beauty while helping these spaces feel increasingly integrated with Town’s common areas.
This progress also comes at a wonderful moment, as Plaza Rambla prepares to welcome one of the upcoming events we are most excited about: Fiesta en La Rambla on August 1.
With commercial partners and local businesses joining the celebration, the afternoon will be designed for families, residents, visitors, and anyone curious about what it might feel like to live in Town for a season. It will be a lively opportunity to explore the area, spend time together, and experience a small taste of everyday life at Las Catalinas. For those considering a longer stay, the Open House may also offer a clearer sense of whether the Well-Living Residences could be the right fit, and perhaps even inspire a future season in Town.
