Today La Estancia hosted a mini sale at Plaza Mercado. From 3 pm to 4 pm they offered eggs, corn, pipián (a smaller variety of the known squash), papaya and cucumber, all harvested with the same care and attention that define all they do.
Everything was fresh and high quality, the kind of produce you can immediately tell was grown with intention. The accessible prices encouraged many people and workers to stop by and stock up on local fresh ingredients to enjoy in the coming days.
This small sale will take place every two weeks on Fridays, so it is a good idea to mark your calendar for the next one.
