Construction at Lantana continues to bring the neighborhood closer to completion, with each building progressing through a different stage of the process.
In Buildings C and D, the focus has increasingly shifted toward finishes. Windows, doors, flooring, exterior details, and custom woodwork are beginning to give the residences a more complete and lived-in feel. Building E is also showing visible progress, with exterior staircases completed and painting and ceiling work continuing throughout the building.

Meanwhile, Buildings F, G, H, and I continue advancing structurally. In Building F, work on the next level is moving forward, while Building G is progressing with new floor structures and architectural elements. Building H continues to take shape through the construction of walls and structural support for its future terrace and pool areas, and Building I is advancing with work on its upper levels and retaining wall.

One important milestone is the continued progress on the retaining wall at the upper end of the site. Once complete, it will allow for backfilling and create more direct access to the highest level of Lantana, helping construction move forward more efficiently.
From structural progress in the newer buildings to finishing details in those further along, July has brought meaningful advances throughout Lantana. Step by step, the neighborhood continues moving closer to the vision planned for El Prado.
