One of the most interesting things about walking through Lantana right now is seeing several stages of construction happening almost side by side. In some buildings, cabinetry, paint, ceilings, and flooring are already giving the residences a much more finished feel. Just a short distance away, other buildings are still taking shape through concrete, steel, timber, arches, balconies, and pool structures.
This contrast makes the progress especially easy to read across the site, as the project moves forward building by building and residence by residence.
In Buildings C and D, the progress is increasingly visible inside the residences. Cabinetry installation is well underway, along with final interior paint work and preparations to complete the ceilings once the fire sprinkler systems are installed. Flooring is also advancing, including the installation of coral stone, whose natural tones and texture complement the coastal character of the homes. Exterior tilework and details around the entrances continue progressing as well.
Nearby, Building E is approaching 80% completion of its exterior painting, while interior plastering has been completed in several areas and painting is beginning. With its tile roof, painted façades, and increasingly finished interiors, this building is already giving a much clearer glimpse of what the completed residences will feel like.
Further along the site, Buildings F, G, H, and I remain in more structural stages of construction. Work includes floor and beam framing, exterior arches and planters, balcony extensions, timber structures, wall plastering, and preparation of pool structures for concrete. In Building I, fine plastering has already been completed in some bedrooms while ceiling framing continues, showing how different stages of construction are beginning to overlap even within the same building.
Together, these updates show Lantana progressing on several fronts at once. Some spaces are now reaching the details that make a residence begin to feel like a home, while just a few steps away, concrete, timber, and steel are still defining the architecture that will eventually surround them. With each stage completed, another piece of Lantana becomes easier to imagine as part of everyday life in El Prado.
