From Gray Work to Finished Homes: A New Look at Lantana

In Lantana, progress is beginning to feel more visible with each passing week.

Across the project, the work continues to move through different stages at once. Some buildings are already showing more of their final character, while others are still in the strong structural phase where walls, beams, columns, and slabs are shaping the homes from the ground up. Together, these steps are slowly transforming the site into the residential community that Lantana is meant to become.

In Buildings A and B, work has already been completed, marking the first finished homes within the project. These completed residences offer a clear look at what is coming next for Lantana, from the architectural details and interiors to the way each home connects with its surroundings. One of these finished units is also now featured in a video walkthrough on YouTube, giving future homeowners, residents, and anyone following the project a closer look inside the experience of a completed Lantana residence. You can watch the video below:

Meanwhile, Buildings C and D are getting closer to completion. In Building C, windows have now been installed throughout the building, while bathroom tile work and exterior finishes continue to advance in both buildings.

Further along the site, Building E reached a meaningful milestone with the completion of a staircase connecting one of the units to the pool plaza. Exterior painting is also underway, and seeing color arrive on a building is always a special moment in construction, as it is one of the first signs of the final design beginning to come to life.

Other buildings are continuing through important structural and interior phases. In Building F, work is focused on interior walls and beams, while units in Building G are advancing through structural work, including pool preparation and balcony supports. Buildings H and I are also progressing, with work focused on slabs, reinforced columns, ceiling framing, interior partition walls, and more. These buildings can be seen toward the end of the YouTube video, where the gray work is still predominant, but steady progress is clearly underway.

Beyond the residences themselves, infrastructure improvements have continued across the site, including stone flooring and drainage channels, especially important now that the rainy season is settling in.

What makes this stage exciting is that Lantana is no longer moving forward in just one way. It is happening in layers. Finished homes, painted façades, installed windows, new staircases, prepared pools, structural walls, and site infrastructure are all coming together at the same time. Little by little, the project is moving from construction progress into a clearer glimpse of daily life to come.
