With its focus on surf culture and cinematic artistry, the festival celebrates the profound intricacies of the human experience through modern surf documentaries. We eagerly anticipate a celebration of surf culture, cinematography, and community, with all proceeds going to support the nonprofit organization [CEPIA Costa Rica.](https://cepiacostarica.org/es/) The funds raised at the festival enable CEPIA to continue offering a wide range of activities and services that promote well-being and social inclusion among local children and families.    This festival stands out for its unique audience-centered approach to awards, putting the power of recognition for the coveted 'Best Film' award in the hands of festival attendees.
