This Fourth of July, Town will have a little extra reason to come together.

Organized by the Commercial Leasing department, this year’s Fourth of July Cookout will bring food specials, games, music, Playdate passport fun, and a few festive surprises to Las Catalinas. The celebration will begin at 11:00 a.m. with inflatables for kids, along with the continued Playdate passport activation around Town.

Throughout the day, several local businesses will be joining the celebration with special food and drink offerings. Pots & Bowls will have a Deluxe Burger with avocado, cheddar cheese, bacon, fried egg, Angus prime choice beef, arugula, and fries, with a complimentary beer for the first 15 orders. PintaCafĂ© will offer a beach kit experience with tote bags, art materials, and a seasonal drink. Tamaki will join with BBQ Grill Specials, featuring a variety of meats prepared on the grill, while Papagayo will bring Burgers & BBQ, including a Wagyu burger, brisket with coleslaw, and corn.

For something sweet or comforting, Celeste will have a cafecito time special with tamal de elote, tamal asado, and chorreadas. Coquelicot will offer a coffee and waffle special, and Center of Joy will join with paella served with a drink.

The afternoon will continue with games in the plaza and live music by Congatronica at 4:00 p.m. in the amphitheater. As the day winds down, guests will also receive sparklers for a festive lights moment, adding a bright and playful close to the celebration.

Whether you are stopping by for lunch, joining the Playdate passport activity, bringing the kids for the inflatables, or staying for music in the afternoon, this Fourth of July will be a sweet chance to spend the day around Town, support local businesses, and enjoy a holiday that means so much to many members of our community.
