From Thursday through this coming Sunday, Town is hosting a group of 42 women realtors from eXp Realty as part of the Found Her Retreat, a gathering that brings together brokers and top performers from across the company.
Among the group is a Las Catalinas owner who led the organization of the retreat and curated the speaker lineup. The participants come from all over the United States and share successful backgrounds in real estate, travel and business. The retreat blends professional conversations with wellness and lifestyle experiences, creating space for meaningful connection, learning and enjoyment.
Yesterday, the group was welcomed with a buffet hosted by Nature's Table, followed by a fun morning hike to start the day and breakfast at Celeste.
Throughout their stay, the group is spending time in Town and working closely with the Center of Joy team. The agenda includes business conversations, moments of fun, sound therapy and wellness sessions, offering a well rounded experience of life in Las Catalinas. Beyond the scheduled activities, the group is getting to know Las Catalinas more deeply, exploring whether they might choose to invest personally or share the project within their broader networks.
