Construction at Los Altos continues to move forward steadily, and every day you can see these buildings coming to life.
A few weeks ago, the façades of both buildings began receiving their final coats of exterior paint. The DCL team, together with the contractor, is working diligently to complete the remaining tasks, ensuring that every corner is ready for its future residents.
Each building comprises 12 apartments, which will be ready for handover in October. Every unit is being carefully prepared to ensure it is delivered in excellent condition, complete with the upgrade packages chosen by each owner.
As we approach this milestone, we can’t wait to see new neighbors move in and begin enjoying everything these spaces have to offer, including the stunning ocean views that will delight the new Las Catalinas owners.
