On Saturday, August 1, La Rambla will welcome residents, visitors, families, and friends for a special Open House at the Well-Living Residences in La Rambla, designed to bring people together around the Las Catalinas lifestyle.
From 3 pm to 7 pm, guests will be invited to move through La Rambla and its plaza, tour the Well-Living Residences apartments, explore its walkable streets, enjoy activities for all ages, and experience the energy of one of Town’s newest gathering areas. The afternoon will include open house tours at the Well-Living Residences, special offerings around Town, community activities, lawn games, giant bubbles, kites, face painting, cocktails, popcorn, granizados, and more.
The event also marks the final opportunity to complete the Playdate Passport. Guests will be able to receive their final stamp, enter the raffle, and take part in the closing celebration of this ongoing family-friendly activity that has encouraged people to visit different businesses throughout Town over the past few weeks.
Throughout the afternoon, La Rambla will come alive with music, games, sunset activations, and moments designed for both children and adults. Guests can stop by the game zone, fly a kite, enjoy giant bubbles, explore participating businesses, and take part in the Open House Tours to learn more about residential and commercial opportunities in Las Catalinas.
Several sponsors and local partners will also be part of the experience, including Blue Home, D’aquí, Noylis, Estudio Rambar, Ambitec, Casa y Más, and Masaya, helping create an afternoon filled with movement, creativity, and community, also offering their different furnishing and interior design services and products.
Later in the day, guests are invited to continue the evening with live music at the Amphitheater, followed by a movie screening at 6:30 pm.
