Exciting Updates in Plaza Rambla

We are thrilled to share the latest updates from Plaza Rambla, as we move forward with the second phase of hardscape construction. This exciting phase is possible because the vertical construction has progressed to a point where we can confidently plan and execute the necessary connections.

In this phase, we are enhancing the space between the initially poured brushed concrete slabs. By incorporating concrete pavers and river rock banding, we're adding a beautiful texture to the plaza. The café-colored concrete pavers and the river rocks not only elevate the aesthetic appeal but also serve a practical purpose. On a technical note, the river rock banding highlights where key infrastructure lines are located, making future maintenance more straightforward.

This project builds on the successes of Plaza Mercado and taking our learnings to push the design to new heights. Our aim is to create a vibrant and inviting plaza that seamlessly blends functionality with beauty, ensuring it becomes a beloved spot for everyone in Las Catalinas.
