In today’s Daily, we’re excited to share a major update on Los Altos Flats, a project that continues to gain momentum! With 12 apartment units in total, Los Altos Flats are scheduled for delivery in the third week of September.
These two four-story buildings have come a long way since our last update in September 2024, when we had just begun raising the first-level walls. Today, both buildings have reached their final height, and work is focused on finishes and roof installation.
Each building dedicates its ground level to parking, while the apartments are distributed across the upper floors. Site work is also ongoing, including cleaning and leveling the terrain in preparation for the construction of the exterior stairs.
At Lot 116, recent work has focused on finishes, window frames, and wooden roof beams. Inside, plastering and ceiling installation are well underway.
Meanwhile, Lot 117 has seen progress in interior painting, flooring, and tile installation in the showers, along with continued work on window frames, ceilings, and overhangs.
We’re getting closer to handing over the keys to each of the new owners, and the team remains energized and committed to delivering this project beautifully and on time.
