This weekend is filled with activities for the Homeowners’ Weekend.
We’ve shared a few of them in previous editions of The Daily, but here’s a quick reminder of some open-to-the-public events everyone can enjoy in Town.
Tomorrow, Friday, October 24, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, there will be a Farmer’s Market at Plaza Mercado, organized by Center of Joy and the Commercial Leasing Department at Las Catalinas. Later, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, the Fiesta Latina organized by the Las Catalinas Commercial Partners will feature live Latin music and special discounts at Tamaki, Pascual, Papagayo, Pots & Bowls, and Coquelicot.

From 5:00 to 6:30 pm, you can also head to a community fundraiser benefiting NGO CEPIA at Casa Alma del Mar, hosted by a family in Town. It will be a relaxed afternoon with drinks, appetizers, and inspiring stories from CEPIA beneficiaries. You can see the flyer below, shared with the organizers’ permission, for more details.

On Saturday, you can stop by at the Fundraising Table outside Pura Vida Ride from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm to support the Ligas Atléticas Policiales, a program by Fuerza Pública that benefits the youth in Flamingo, Potrero, and Brasilito. They will also host a Beach Cleanup at 10:30 am in Playa Danta. You can read more about how to get involved here.
Later that day, from 4:00 to 8:00 pm, you can head to Plaza Danta for Las Catalinas’ annual Halloween Party, featuring mechanical rides, a haunted maze, and trick-or-treating. Find more details about the event in this The Daily entry.
And to wrap up the weekend, on Sunday, October 26 at 11:30 am, you can also join another Playa Danta Beach Cleanup organized by Florem and OCC.
If you’re a homeowner, you’ll find additional events and details shared through Condo Control, but whether you live here or are just visiting, there’s plenty happening in Town this weekend to enjoy and connect.
