We are so very excited to see the ground breaking of the Flats on Calle Cartagena.  There are eight units in what look like three townhomes along Calle Cartagena, just behind the Beach Club.  There are just [two units ](https://www.lascatalinascr.com/downloads/listings/14A_Calle_Cartagena_Flats.pdf)left in this building for sale, the last of their kind in this part of Town.
