We had a blast at Circus Night. Most all of the kids in Town made it down to watch the show. The parents that were not watching, enjoyed having their own conversations and a few cocktails while the kids were occupied. Everyone wins.
Today things started to get busy with it being a national holiday, but it was always comfortable. Chef's pop up shop was awesome. He had Arroz con Pollo set up, sort of grab and go style. I think my lunch plans tomorrow will be to repeat there!
