It is always exciting to see what the planners and architects have on their concept boards. We are fortunate to have a studio going on right now with Notre Dame. A small group of students, lead by Douglas Duany, are working through concepts for future projects here in Las Catalinas. This studio is focused on a residential ridge-top village with a mix of large homes, small homes, and flats.
