Many trees in the mountains are now covered with purple flowers. I looked for the name of the tree online and couldn't find it anywhere. Not happy. I like knowing tree names. It was quite confusing...The barks of trees with flowers were different colours, sizes, textures and shapes. How come? Frustration grew (not really. Well yes, a little). On my way to Dantita, I saw the flowers almost at ground level, not up in a tree. I left the trail, walked through bushes and plants to get closer to the subject. Turns out it's a vine plant that covers other trees. Finally part of the mystery solved! But, I still didn't know the name.  I'd been searching in the wrong place...Why Google something when Evaristo from the gardening team will be able to tell me immediately the name and some extra interesting facts? Bejuco cucharillo, thank you Evaristo!
