A sunny and warm day today, with temperatures in the mid 80s throughout, a northeasterly wind, and not a cloud in the sky. Temperatures will start in the low 80s right after sunrise and climb swiftly during the morning, reaching the mid 80s and remaining relatively steady until sunset. The wind will be steady out of the northeast and increasing during the day, starting around 5mph and peaking in the low teens around 4pm. Out in the cove, the waves have the potential to be a bit heavier today, averaging a bit over 1ft and ranging up to a little over 2ft throughout the day, which should be prime for boogie boarding. On the trails, the morning breeze should make for an excellent sunrise hike or bike ride.
An excellent day today to set out across Las Catalinas, explore the trails, enjoy the surf, or wander town in the company of friends. Maybe you'll give paddle boarding a shot, or pop down to the Beach Club for one of their test diving courses to see if this whole underwater thing is really for you. Maybe you'll join a group of friends in the morning for a ride out to watch the sunrise, or maybe your journeys will take you outside of town down to Potrero and beyond, to explore the many beautiful beaches of the Guanacaste coast.
At the end of the day, Limonada will be hosting their Sunset Happy Hour, which will be a prime opportunity regroup, share the stories of the day, and wind down.
