In this Daily: Swimming Lessons at the Beach Club
Las Catalinas is an early rising town, and there’s little better for the morning than a swim. Whether you’re taking a swim out in the glassy waters of the cove, logging a few laps at the Beach Club, or simply enjoying the dawn atmosphere, there’s always a good reason to be in the water early in the morning.
Today marks the start of another week of Swimming Lessons with ConnectOcean in the morning, and no matter your level of swimming there’s a reason to pop down for a session once or twice a week.
There’s also a love for the ocean in Las Catalinas, an appreciation for the aquatic that draws the people of town out surfing, paddle boarding, diving, snorkeling, boogie boarding, open water swimming, kayaking and more. However, with that love for the ocean comes a need to be comfortable and at ease in the water.
Whether you’re a casual swimmer capable of treading and getting around or an expert looking to refine, this is where ConnectOcean swimming lessons come in. In addition to being a fantastic low stress workout that exercises the whole body, every moment spent under the watchful eye of the ConnectOcean coaches brings a little more refinement to the stroke, and a little more effectiveness moving through the water. And thanks to that low impact lifestyle, there’s no age requirement to refining a swim stroke.
It’s impressive to see exactly how much progress students are able to make over the course of a few sessions. Even lifelong swimmers in great shape make rapid progress, knocking bad habits and continuing to hone their skills to graceful glide through the waves.
