In this Daily -- Beach Barbecue Done Right

Quickly rising temp this morning, peaking in the high 80s around midday before the breeze shifts, with some clouds kicking in around 3pm and cooling things off by this evening. Would be a great morning to be out in the surf before an evening on the trails.

Ahead of the Barrio Barbecue tomorrow night, we're taking a sneak peak at Beach Barbecue, Gilberto Briceño style. First, you need a roaring fire, a delightful beach, and some farm fresh ingredients.

Add in a beautiful and fresh sea bass as the main event, cooked with some seasoned oil and a pair of onions.

The spread, of course, laid out on a pair of logs borrowed from the beach.

And voila, a fresh, fire baked meal of rice, roasted tomatoes over light greens, fresh arepas, pureed black beans, sautéed mushrooms, and grilled sea bass. Very excited to see what the team over at Bahía has to offer tomorrow!
