In this Daily -- Alma Viajera and Sustainable Sourcing

An unpredictable wind today, shifting back and forth between onshore and offshore throughout the day before settling in to a more consistent onshore breeze as the evening arrives. Some clouds in the afternoon, but other than that, a clear and sunny sky.

Some photos today from Chef Gilberto Briceño and team, taking a look at Un Paseo Por España, last night's Pop Up dinner in the Beach Club. A selection of tapas that were as delicious as they look, and yet another sign of the growing culinary scene in Las Catalinas.

A little while back we wrote an article on Chef Briceño and how he works with local providers, and it's worth taking a second look. Part of building a sustainable community is supporting the local families that make it up, and Chef Briceño believes that there's nothing that can compare to the quality of carefully grown small batch ingredients. You can read the article here.
