Closer Look at Lantana's Latest Construction Milestones

Work continues at Lantana, where each building is moving forward at its own stage of construction. From newly installed doors and windows to interior finishes and the development of shared spaces, the latest progress offers a closer look at how this residential community in El Prado is coming together.

In Building C, exterior doors and all interior door frames have been installed in one of the units, while stone cladding is progressing on the facade of another. These additions are bringing the apartments closer to completion, with baseboards and stone countertops among the next finishing details.

Meanwhile, interior work at Building D continues to progress. In one unit, the kitchen is nearing completion, with plumbing and electrical connections in place and a wooden coffered ceiling still to be installed. In another unit, the bathroom tilework and shower floors are complete, while the walls are being prepared for their final coat of paint. The bedrooms have also received a decorative IHO wall finish, adding texture and character beneath the exposed wooden ceilings.

Over in Building E, the installation of windows marks another important milestone. As these openings receive their frames and glass, the interiors begin to feel more complete, bringing the surrounding landscape into view and adding another defining element to the building's architecture.

At Building F, construction continues on the main structure, with visible progress across its different levels, particularly in the commercial area, where the foundations for the supporting columns have been poured, and work has also begun on the building’s elevator access.

Buildings G and H continue to advance on their main structures, with concrete pours for structural elements, plaster application, and other work underway. Meanwhile, Building I is progressing on both electrical conduit installation and structural work.

In the central areas, work continues on the stone finishes for the stairs along the main axis. These connecting spaces will help integrate Lantana into the walkable environment of El Prado, with greenery and cascading bougainvillea bringing color and life to every step.

Together, these updates reflect the many stages of work happening simultaneously across Lantana. Some residences are already receiving the details that will define their interiors, while others continue progressing through structural construction and architectural finishes.

There is still work ahead, but each completed element brings Lantana closer to becoming another part of everyday life in Las Catalinas and we're happy to continue sharing these milestones as the project moves forward.
