Starting Monday, September 15, Celeste will operate under a new schedule, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with menus tailored to each time of the day.
From 7:30 am to 10:00 am, guests can enjoy breakfast classics like gallo pinto with eggs, sweet plantain, sour cream, and cheese, along with pancakes, omelets, and more. Between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm, brunch is served with dishes like avocado toast, eggs benedict, and waffles as a sweet option. From 12:00 pm until closing at 4:00 pm, the regular lunch menu will be available.
Celeste is also introducing Ventanita, a new takeout option with accessible prices, offering coffee, orange juice, and several breakfast items to go.
With this update, visitors and residents in Town have more ways to enjoy Celeste, depending on what they’re in the mood for.
