Catalinas Security Services: An Expanded Presence Supporting Security Across Town

Security operations in Las Catalinas continue to evolve, with Catalinas Security Services now having an even stronger and more visible presence across Town.

As shared in a previous edition of The Daily, Catalinas Security Services has been part of Town since its earliest days. While its role has naturally evolved over time, the team has always remained present, with a primary focus on supporting El Prado. Today, CSS is also in charge of security operations in Beach Town and Phase 1, expanding its scope while maintaining the same commitment and standards that have defined its work from the beginning.

As part of this expansion, the original team of 19 members has been reinforced with 12 additional personnel, bringing the total security team to 31 members. With this growth, residents and visitors will notice new faces across Town, as well as different uniforms depending on each role.

CSS operations are closely coordinated with Concierge and continue to lead emergency response and incident management in a wide range of situations, including unforeseen incidents, urgent emergencies, and routine patrolling throughout Town and residential areas. In case of an emergency, residents and visitors may continue to contact Concierge at 2654 4600, extensions 1101 and 1102, or call the Monitoring Center directly at 2654 4600, extension 5051.
