Catalinas Security Services was born alongside Town, and though its role has evolved through the years, its presence in the community has remained constant.
CSS operates 24 hours a day, with a team of 15 members supporting the Developer's properties across Town. Their main office, located right across the Private Parking, allows them to maintain a strong presence in El Prado, where their assistance is more prominent.
Their commitment to excellence has led them to stay up to date in professional response and first aid practices, while also getting involved in public safety efforts beyond Las Catalinas. Through their participation in COSECA, the cantonal security commission that brings together private and public organizations, CSS contributes to creating a safer environment across the region.
The team is also involved in local social initiatives, supporting the Ligas Atléticas de la Fuerza Pública, a program that helps young kids from Brasilito, Potrero, and Flamingo stay away from crime through sports and life-skill development.
Since 2024, the team has focused on assisting in the location and rescue of lost or injured hikers on the trails. They have often been the first to respond in medium-complexity incidents, from heat strokes to fractures, maintaining close coordination with the Las Catalinas company doctor to ensure support whenever needed.
Catalinas Security Services has been a familiar presence since the early days of Town and continues to be ready to help in meaningful ways.
